We all face difficult challenges at some stage in our lives but more than not how we handle ourselves during these difficult times can either make us or break us as to say.

As the laws of physics suggest for every action there is an equal and/or opposite reaction.

Generally in society as human beings we have become accustomed to a world of impatients where everything has to happen now and we generally just take a quick glance at something wack a label on it, find a quick fix so we can put something behind us and move forward but as they say " Anything worth it wont be easy" and our conditioning to the world of now has hidden the importance of what it is to "practice the pause" which is a space in which we can gather the truth or an awareness that is vital for our existence.

"If am the problem, I must also be the solution"

We can live our lives out of balance, tipping the scales in any direction in our lives and if or I should say when we do we are soon learn about very quickly but the thing is the quickly part normally comes to us as a major life lesson, reality check or as some like to call it a a big slap in the face a hard core reality check that is necessary to bring us back into balance.

It is time but that allows us space to use our discernment and free will to create our own lives and sometimes we can find ourselves stuck or lost struggling to find the answer but with just a little awareness or bit of guidance or a different perspective some much needed light can be shed and brighten our world once again....

& so I created In Balance!

Take me back to the start

Sometimes we need to go backwards before we can move forwards, life works in cycle. We may find ourselves facing the same cycle over and over again, we build something and before to long it crumbles. I’m sure there is plenty of us amongst the collective that have experienced what I am talking about whether it be relationship, career, family, projects. Generally the reason why we only reach a certain point and then suffer a tower moment is because we aren’t fully aligned with ourselves and there is some desire deep within our soul that we are trying to keep hidden. We are not truly honouring who we are, we are denying apart of ourselves. If we are denying apart of ourselves then “something” is missing, we will never fully build something that has any longevity if the foundation that we lay is missing an element.

You can search the whole world looking for that missing piece but let me tell you only end up right back at home. Come home to yourself first and you will never have to look for anything outside of yourself. Everything you need you already have and everything you have is all that you need.

Listen to your heart and soul, be your authentic self and truly live your best life!

Self Love

Self love is knowing your own worth. What it is you deserve and taking action towards the things that set our heart and soul on fire. We can all benefit a lot when we change our perspective on something in our lives like the challenges we meet in life. If we can look at a challenge we need to overcome as if it is happening for us instead of to us we can start to see these things very differently. You are worthy of good things aren’t you? The universe is always trying to give you the things for your best and highest interest, you just have to be open to what it is you are receiving.

Balance

Balancing our financial realm

Too often we can get carried away and can start to live outside our means. Say we get that high paying corporate job that we've been working towards, our wage increases but usually so does our spending and we forget to budget some money into a savings account for the future incsse we have one of life's little hiccups so that we are covered. Its all well and good living large when we are earing large but if the wage decreases and we have already fallen behind or spending out of our means and then face a crisis we are going to really struggle. So just remember to alwys keep your finances in balance as well and make sure you protect your savings and that they are in the right hands and perhaps havr those finances earing you some intrest but not stuck in fixed term deposits.

Letting Go

Most of us perceive the term “letting go” as though it is something outside ourselves that we need to let go or are being urged to. The first thing we need to let go of is that thought, the way we have been conditioned to think and start thinking that there could be a number of possibilities when it comes to letting go such as that old thought. Are you holding yourself back because you’re stuck right there believing that things are or have to be a certain way? Are you able to let go and perhaps change your perspective?

CRYSTAL CARE

1) Soak.

Add ½ tsp of sea salt to every cup of alkaline water in a glass bowl and stir. Add your crystal, making sure it is submerged. Close your eyes and, with your hands hovering over the bowl, set the intention for the salted water to remove any negative energy from the crystals. Let your crystal soak overnight, remove, then rinse.

2) Smudge

Hold the crystal in your hand and light a bundle of sage or palo santo wood until it smolders. Wave the smoke back and forth over the crystals. Then extinguish the embers.

3) Sound

Place your crystal close to a singing bowl and lightly strike it three times. Then glide the mallet around the outer rim of the bowl repeatedly.

4) Recharge

Another name for the Muladhara chakra is the root chakra. Located beneath the tailbone, this chakra is the first one. It represents security, trust, our validity in our experience, and our ability to care for ourselves and others.

Root chakra imbalances can present as physical symptoms in the legs, foot, rectum, tailbone, and immune system. It may manifest as constipation, eating disorders, sciatica, knee pain, or degenerative arthritis. Unbalanced emotions have an impact on our basic needs for survival, including money, shelter, and food.

The Svadhisthana, or sacral chakra, is found two inches below the navel at the sacrum. The source of sensuality, energy, and fluidity is Svadhisthana. We are dedicated, passionate, sexual beings that feel at ease taking chances when we are in a state of equilibrium.

Svadhisthana's physical manifestations of obstructed energy include hip, pelvic, and low back discomfort, urinary troubles, sexual and reproductive disorders, and kidney malfunction.
